Purpose of the Role
The Kitchen Support sets the stage for an excellent guest experience by preparing and delivering food with care, attention to detail, and a spirit of service. They anticipate the needs of the Sequel team, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and help ensure operations run smoothly behind the scenes. With a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and quality, Kitchen Support team members handle food prep, restocking, dishwashing, and inventory with excellence and integrity. They are dependable, team-oriented collaborators who bring a warm, positive presence to every shift—helping Sequel deliver on its mission to inspire the potential in every day.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve food items including: reheating, packaging, and delivering.
Restock back of house when inventory orders arrive.
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and storage areas.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
Clean and restock dishes.
Assist in the execution of the Sequel experience across the drive-thru and in-person shop.
Contribute to Sequel achieving its goals for: Speed of Service, Order Accuracy, and Customer Delight.
Contribute to a team culture rooted in care and growth, with hospitality at the core of all that we do.
